Processing Time We receive and begin processing your order the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). For example, an order placed Monday is received and processed Tuesday — that's when your shipping timeframe begins. We do not have a dedicated shipping department; all orders are packed and shipped from our home office, so we appreciate your patience.

Curbside Pickup Local pickup is available at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready — typically within 3–5 business days. Pickup appointments are M–F, 11am–6pm.
Express Shipping We do not offer same-day shipping. Express orders still require at least 1–2 business days for processing before your overnight shipping begins.
International Shipping Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We recommend USPS Priority International to avoid brokerage fees. No duty fees apply in Canada or Mexico. Timeframes are not guaranteed.
